Event Details

In the second session of our Wellbeing Sessions, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace while creating art. Guided by instructor Melina Shabel, you will engage in a series of meditative practices and intentional breathing exercises that calm the mind and open the door to creativity.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere as the session begins with gentle guided meditations, helping you centre your mind and focus on your inner self. These meditative practices are designed to reduce stress and enhance mindfulness, setting the perfect tone for the artistic exploration that follows.

Throughout the workshop, you will learn the art of intentional breathing. This powerful technique will support you in staying present and deeply connected to your creative process. As you breathe with purpose, you will find your thoughts settling, allowing your artistic expressions to flow naturally and authentically.

The heart of the session lies in the artistic exercises, where you will have the opportunity to explore colors, textures, emotions, and shapes. The process is not about the end result but the journey of expression and the insights gained along the way.

The session will culminate in the creation of a dream board collage, a personalised piece of art that reflects your aspirations, dreams, and the insights gained during the meditation. This collage will serve as a tangible reminder of your inner journey and a source of inspiration for your ongoing mindfulness practice.
