Meditative Art Session: Immerse yourself in the calming world of meditative art. Participants will engage in guided meditations to explore colors, textures, emotions, and shapes. The session will culminate in creating a "dream board" collage, reflecting your inner journey and nurturing mindfulness.
Stretching Session: Release tension and promote overall well-being in this relaxing stretching session. Emphasizing breathwork and full-body relaxation, this workshop is perfect for all skill levels looking to find a renewed sense of balance and inner peace.
Fourth Session: To be announced soon! This session will either be another dance and free movement class or a drama/theatre workshop. Both options aim to provide a safe space for self-expression and exploration. Your feedback will guide the direction of this session!
